CHEM 1100 Prep Chemistry

A preparatory course for CHEM 1110 Chemical Principles I , with a focus on developing both the quantitative, mathematical, problem-solving skill set and fundamental chemical concept knowledge encountered in a college-level general chemistry course.  Topics include scientific methods, characteristics and classification of matter, measurements, mathematics of chemistry, dimensional analysis, and problem-solving. 
This course may not be used for the major or for general education.
