LEAD 5530 Leadership Development and Adult Learning

This course supports the design of leader education with a focus on adult development and adult learning approaches.  Understanding how to design leader development programs through the lens of adult development and learning rather than adult education can enhance the qualitative growth of a leader's ability to be effective.
