The intricate relationship between Congress and the Presidency lies at the heart of American governance, as defined by the Constitution. This course offers a comprehensive examination of the evolution of Congress and the Presidency, the rules and procedures governing lawmaking, and the resulting policies. Additionally, we analyze the electoral processes for both offices, the factors influencing their decision-making in office, and the complex dynamics that shape their collaboration in steering the nation’s course.
