Seminar/workshop that provides calculus-specific instruction for PHYS 2000 General Physics I, provides opportunities for physics and engineering career mentoring and exploration, and introduces students to modern topics in physics, engineering, and adjacent fields. Problem solving and hands-on activities will be done collaboratively. One seminar per week. Pass/Fail Only. Prerequisite: Math-1600 or instructor permission by prerequisite waiver. Corequisite: PHYS-2000
