PSYCH 2800 Stereotypes, Prejudice & Discrimination

This course will introduce psychological theories and research related to stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination in the United States. Topics include how and why stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination form and are perpetuated, how these concepts appear in daily life, and how they can be reduced. Prerequisite: PSYCH-1010FYW or PSYCH-1010.
