ENG 3020 Studies in Writing: Risk Fiction

Studies in Writing focuses on the writing process and its product, the central activity being to study the effects of writing on both writer reader. The course is conducted as a workshop in which students read their own compositions to the class and respond to the compositions of their classmates. The course instructor determines the genre of writing in the course, but past examples have included script writing, creative nonfiction, the essay, etc.
Prerequisite(s): First Year Writing.
(Normally offered once per year.)
