Course description
Designed for Art Studio majors, this course emphasizes a hands-on, real -world curriculum in which students explore crucial aspects of professional artistic practice. Through a combination of seminar discussions, guest lectures, and workshop sessions, students will develop essential materials including artist statements, biographies, resumes, grant applications, and exhibition proposals. A key component will be the creation of a digital portfolio that highlights each student's individual research while strengthening presentation and documentation skills.
