Course description
MFREN 3040 Connections in French Language and Culture invites students to enhance their intercultural and linguistic competence by exploring cultural, geographical, historical and social perspectives of French-speaking populations as they further develop their French language skills at the intermediate mid to intermediate high level. Subject matter will vary by semester. This course meets concurrently with MFREN 2040, with differentiated assignment lengths and expectations by level. This course may be repeated. Prerequisite: 8 credits of MFREN-2000 level coursework or MFREN-3000P modern language placement.
