EDUC 3200 The Middle and Junior High Schools

A study of the organization, function, administration, interdisciplinary curriculum, instruction, assessment, pupils, and history of the middle school and junior high school. Students design and teach an interdisciplinary unit plan that incorporates specific teaching assesment strategies as well as integrates forms of instructional technology.
Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Teacher Education Program or permission of the department chair.
